A Message from Pam’s Heart
John 16:13- "...and the Holy Spirit will reveal things to come."
Psalm 73:24 - "...and God will guide me with His counsel."
It was 5:00 a.m., a heart-wrenching morning in the summer of l986. I sat despondent and stunned on my white oversized chair surrounded by my navy blue wallpaper. My first husband announced he was leaving me.
”Oh, dear God!" I pleaded. "How can I survive without him? How can I get through this with my two and three year old? And why doesn't he love me anymore?"
Today millions of women in our country stare similar crises and heartaches right square in the face! Whether it entails a husband leaving, a loved one dying, a son rebelling, or a circumstance that has turned sour, life promises to deliver one thing, and Job expressed it well: "Man is born of woman, is short lived, and full of turmoil." (Job 14:1)
Arise Ministries serves as a vehicle for God to bring His message of hope through Jesus Christ to thousands of men and women. Like never before, people are parched and thirsty for the good news of our Savior.
While staring at my navy blue wallpaper that defining moment in my dining room twenty three yeas ago, tears chapped grooves in my cheeks. I cried out in desperation, "Lord, what can You do with my life now?” And somehow through the fragile wall of despair, somehow… somehow… I heard His still small voice:
Pam, take courage. I want you to begin keeping journals of what’s ahead. And someday I will raise you up to speak to thousands of women about My healing power to sustain and empower a broken heart, a miraculous anointing that far exceeds human limitations. I am about to display my strength, my dignity, my renown through you!
That was over two decades ago. Today God is miraculously unfolding what the Holy Spirit revealed to me in that dining room. By His divine providence, He is guiding this ministry which was prepared before the foundations of this world as a good work that I should walk in it as His servant girl. Who will serve the Lord of Hosts? "Here I am, Lord. Send me."

Pam's Journals
I am humbled beyond expression to be one of His heralds, a public proclaimer of His saving grace! I am humbled that when I present the plan of salvation, I witness hands raised high to receive Jesus Christ! And I am mostly humbled that you would partner with Arise Ministries as we labor to spread the good news to countless people that Jesus Christ is the SUPREME answer to a life of purposeful abundance!
In closing I share Paul's heart. (Message Bible - I Timothy 2:5-8)
"God wants not only us but everyone to be saved, to come to know the truth that there's one God and only one Priest Mediator between God and us, Jesus, who offered Himself in exchange for everyone held captive by sin and set them all free. This and this only has been my appointed work, getting this news to those who have never heard of God and explaining how it works by faith and truth. Since prayer is at the bottom of all this, what I want mostly is for you to pray."
I say often, "If you want to see what God looks like: peek into Arise. If you want to see the flamboyance of God’s grace: peek into Arise. If you want to see where God is at work, peek into Arise."
Yes, my friend, go ahead: “Peek!” ” And you will only be able to say one thing: To God be the glory!
