Ways to use your talents include helping with administrative duties, serving at conferences and events or participating in work parties to complete special projects. I am a single mom. Can I volunteer? - Our heart is to have all single moms attend the conference and enjoy the refreshing truths shared by the speakers and breakout session leaders! Often our volunteers miss out on participating in the best parts of the conference because they are busy serving in some capacity. If you're a single mom, with children already grown and out of the house and you desire to "give back" we would love to invite you to be a "Mom to Mom" volunter to a new attendee. Many times moms attend the conference not knowing what to expect. They can be nervous, apprehensive about coming or just scared to walk through the doors. What kind of volunteer opportunties do you have? - The spring time is our busiest season as we prepare for the conference. There are numerous volunteer opportunities to explore. Some volunteers work behind the scenes, others work at the event -- or both! We have opportunities for you to serve whether you are available during the daytime or evenings. Do you need donations of any kind? - Yes! This conference is made possible by our donor partners. We accept cash donations for general conference expenses, in-kind donations for specific items and various items and gift certificates used for door prizes for the conference attendees.
