Statement of Belief

God exists as three persons:  the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ is God’s only son, and He alone is the avenue to eternal life.

Jesus died on the cross for man’s sins, was buried and resurrected on the third day.

When Jesus Christ departed this world, He left the Holy Spirit to indwell His followers that they might seek Him.

The Holy Spirit’s job is to instruct, convict, comfort, empower, and point us to Jesus Christ.

The Bible is God’s holy Word and is the authority that serves as the guideline for the way we should live.

All of God’s Word is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.

The purpose of the church is to glorify God, equip the Saints and provide godly fellowship.

The ultimate purpose of believers is to bring God glory.

One’s value and sense of identity comes from having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jesus now sits at the right hand of God, the Father, and one day will return to Earth in full power and authority.
